Who should I contact?

Organisational questions can be usually cleared up directly with your supervisors and the other members of your doctoral research group. If you would like to discuss problems confidentially with other doctoral researchers or if you have suggestions for improvements and ideas for events, please contact the MINGS doctoral representatives. 

In case of questions regarding daily life in Hamburg and Germany, the MIN Faculty’s two academic tutors are happy to advise you. The respective graduate schools also offer counselling and are there to help.

With the Welcome Service for International Researchers, the Universität Hamburg has created a service that provides international researchers with information, advice and targeted assistance in all important areas.
